Film Review - Back To the Future - Class task
The classic film Back To The Future is a fantastic example of how writing can be used in many different ways. The writing influences everything from the pace of the film to the moods that are established. A wide range of different types of comedy also appear in the film due to the writing. Clever comedy is used in the form of dialogue that references the cultural differences of the times such as sayings that are used by Marty. Slap stick comedy is also used to provided easy laughs for younger audiences. The film really caters for many different audiences, even though its main target audience was teenagers it has something for everyone. The editing is used throughout the film to match what is happening on screen. During the more action packed parts of the film the editing pace is much faster than the other parts of the film.
